This is the case study for a personal project I did in collaboration with Ward Brink.
The goal of Huisjein is to offer a transparent rental service that saves people time and educates them on their legal rights as tenants.
My role was to do the case study, design thinking proces, UX and UI. Ward is responsible for building the website.
The user creates a search profile, Huisjein constantly scrapes certified real estate websites and sends appropriate flats to the user's mailbox. The user contacts the real estate agent and has a high chance that the flat is still available. This way the user does not have to spend 2-3 hours per day to scan all the property websites, we do that for them.
